Academically Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute(RLI) , Chennai. Besides carries several specialised professional certified courses..

Qualified Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and Certified Green belt in Six Sigma.
Passionate to prevent injuries, occupational disease to employees and prevent Environment pollution  by involving leadership ,line management and employees effectively through innovative process.
As part profession travelled to US , Europe and China plants to conduct Risk Assessment and Audits and also attended EHS Conferences. Participated in several National, Regional and State level forums as speaker and expert panelist on Safety topics. Firmly believes that providing safe and healthy workplace to workers is not only mandatory and also morale responsibility to ensure sustainable business.

  • EHS INFOSITE (SQL and .net platform)– Developed in house to help the company’s professionals to manage EHS for to track the data like accidents, EHS concerns, EHS Committee meetings, EHS training and EHS Continual Improvement projects. The system helped in replacing earlier manual recording , easy access of EHS Information and for analyzing the data to develop improvement plans to achieve excellence in EHS..
  • Developed EHS E – Learning tool – All executives to under go the various EHS training and to know various EHS procedures from their desk and become more competent to help the Organization in achieving 100% safe goal.
